This policy governs the purchases made for the Crypto Market Structure & Financial Literacy Workshop via Education Sutra.
Due to the digital nature of the live workshop, limited seating capacity, and the immediate delivery of our educational frameworks upon registration, all sales are final. We enforce a strict No Refund policy for the ₹9 registration fee once a successful transaction has been made.
In the event that a payment fails or gets interrupted, but the amount is debited from your bank account, please do not panic. The amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or our secure payment gateway (Cosmofeed) to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days. If the issue persists, you can reach out to our support team.
If you miss the live session due to an emergency or technical issue, your registration remains valid. You will automatically receive a new access link to attend the very next scheduled batch without any additional cost.
